Missions
Summary & Purpose of the positionTo support the optimal customer engagement & commercial excellence topics of Ipsen Nordic-Baltic Specialty Care through the continuous review of internal data. By being an integrated functional assistance to the business, foster & enable customer excellence to help deliver on division, brand & Global objectives.
Main Responsibilities & Technical Competencies
Co-ordinate & support the development of key engagement metrics & reports to support customer & medical excellence
Support the effective use of the CRM system locally (Veeva) , ensuring a consistent application of minimum standards, alongside a coordinated approach with global (use of harmonized customer engagement performance KPIs and standardized definitions) to allow alignment with global performance monitoring.
In collaboration with customer facing field force and functional leaders, assess and identify CRM (Veeva) insight & data reporting that supports the excellence of customer engagement.
Support on commercial dashboard implementation, data sanity check and coordination with third party to ensure cluster needs are met.
Provide useful and meaningful local analysis to all KPIs, which identifies any engagement performance supported by relevant data sources; support on monthly check in with brand teams.
Co-own the local Veeva CRM admin role to ensure smooth end users experience (sales and medical)
Support the Business Insights team and Business Units in providing any appropriate insights related to commercial excellence (activity, SFE topics, toll use, etc)
Assist the development & use of core CRM system (Veeva CRM) with supporting modules
Ensure CRM system is fit for purpose and of value to the business through seeking regular end-to-end feedback from users, validated by usage reports. As a result, propose local adaptations as required which support the objectives of the business.
Support Commercial & Medical Excellence lead on Veeva CRM trainings.
Cooperate with Baltic local administrators to support BUMs data requests
Support Digital Lead on Approved Email implementation & enable other customer engagement tools (e.g., surveys) and lead the commercial consent capture in the system & archiving, in cooperation with the legal requirements.
Review the possibility by implementing Account Management Way of Working in Veeva CRM
Support on Learning and Development acceleration
Cooperate with marketing & medical teams and commercial excellence lead to ensure a proper learning and development roadmap is in place, to increase product & disease awareness knowledge
Monitor the needs of the teams and support on organizing trainings (external or internal)
Assist internal project management and support to facilitate meetings/workshops/trainings (e.g. NoBa Engage)
Own the governance of all relevant processes, systems & documentation to ensure optimal compliance to both internal & external standards & requirements
Maintain a continuous high standard of compliance knowledge to support the processes & systems that the role is accountable & responsible for
Work in partnership with other compliance & governance functions both locally & globally to ensure process & systems meet internal & external requirements
Support the Business Insight and Commercial Excellence team
Collaborate and support the BI-CE team with their different activities (forecasting, sales metrics, segmentation and targeting, incentives, etc)
