Missions
As a Finance Analyst VIE, you will actively participate in the different milestones of the Finance Department Optimization Project, on an approach of assessment of improvements and digitalization to implement.Your main role will consist of:
- Participating in the Project on the definition of the As-Is, structuring that information with the level of detail necessary to make an efficient assessment;
- Participating in the Project on the definition of the To-Be, mapping the changes to be implemented, people involved;
- Contributing to the planning and monitoring of the Project;
- Participating in the execution of the Project deployment, namely on documenting the processes to facilitate the know-how preservation and sharing, both on the project and for the future, producing the tasks manuals on the operating modes for the operations executed by Finance Department;
- Understanding the different processes of Finance, as Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, Fixed Assets, Capex, Opex, Finance Reporting, etc., and have a sense of the tasks related to it to offer improvement recommendations;
- Mapping the contact points to Finance with other Departments, detecting the pain points for all sides;
- Making recommendations for improvements to accounting and informational systems and implementing approved changes to streamline workload, as well as optimizing time spent on higher value business support;
- Participating on the different Finance Department tasks, contributing to the development of own finance knowledge and being a contributor to the Finance Department.
Profil recherché

- You have at least 1 year of professional experience with Financial process
- You had the opportunity to develop project management and organizational skills
- You have an IT driven approach
- You possess advanced computer skills (Excel, Databases, ERP such as SAP…)
- You enjoy working in a team and like to interact with various stakeholders
- You have a hands-on mindset and are able to adapt to various environments
- You are Fluent in English (oral and written)
