Présentation de la société : BANQUE FEDERATIVE DU CREDIT MUTUEL
La BFCM est au centre des groupes adhérents de la Caisse Fédérale de Crédit Mutuel, groupe mutualiste français constitué de 14 fédérations régionales, s’appuyant sur deux réseaux (Crédit Mutuel et CIC) dont l’activité dominante est la Bancassurance.Son capital est détenu à hauteur de 92.98% par la Caisse Fédérale de Crédit Mutuel.
La BFCM détient l’ensemble des filiales du groupe hors périmètre mutualiste. Ces filiales couvrent les domaines de la bancassurance, les services financiers spécialisés (crédit consommation, crédit-bail…) de la monétique et de l’informatique.
Elle assume la fonction de centrale de refinancement et consolide l’ensemble des activités du Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale en dehors du périmètre mutualiste.
La BFCM détient les filiales du groupe et coordonne leurs activités :
- le Crédit Industriel et Commercial à hauteur de 100% (détention directe et indirecte) , holding du groupe CIC et banque de tête de réseau, qui exerce aussi les activités d’investissement, de financement et de marché ;
- le Groupe des Assurances du Crédit Mutuel S.A (GACM SA) à hauteur de 50, 04% qui contrôle notamment les sociétés ACM IARD SA, ACM Vie SA et qui conçoit et gère les gammes de produits en matière d’assurance de biens et de responsabilité, d’assurance de personnes, d’assurance-vie ;
- différents établissements spécialisés par métier tant en France qu’à l’étranger (notamment Banque Européenne du Crédit Mutuel (BECM) , COFIDIS Group, TARGOBANK en Allemagne et en Espagne, Crédit Mutuel Asset Management, Crédit Mutuel Factoring…) ;
- Suite à la convergence entre Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe et Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale en janvier 2022, la BFCM détient 51% des titres de Beobank, élargissant la présence géographique de Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale en Belgique.
Missions
Within a team of 5 employees, you will be entrusted with the following tasks:- Analysis of the economic and financial situation of client companies or prospects on the basis of their balance
- Drafting of funding applications and submission of applications to the Commitments service
- Intervention on complex issues (syndicated loans, open market loan , LBO, acquisition financing)
- Engagement and Risk Tracking
- Developing and updating ratings
- Participate in customer interactions, bank meetings or analyst conferences
- Gather information (news articles, studies) about customers or prospects and their industries
- Maintain and update customer records (physical and electronic)
- Research and analysis in support of the Agency Director and business managers in their business development
- Interaction with the different services within the bank (engagement center, back office credit, commercial, IT..)
During your VIE contract, you will learn how to work interdisciplinary and how to derive measures from analytical thinking. Considering your missions you will also learn to balance corporate interests and regulative requirements.
This will allow you to strengthen your skills in Corporate Finance, while being part of a strong international group
with career perspectives.

Profil recherché
What we'll appreciate about you :- You hold a baccalaureate +5 type business school or university equivalent
- You have a proven experience of 12 months minimum in a similar position that enables you to well understand
- You are adaptive , lead teamwork
- You are organized and motivated and have real interpersonal skills. Demonstrate autonomy and responsibility.Wishing to gain experience abroad in a dynamic work environment
