The Data & AI Graduate Career Program is instrumental for Group IT in building up our brand-new Global Data & AI Hub and opens up a world of possibilities for your future career development across Symrise worldwide.
Program participants (30 seats) , can choose from a range of technology-driven roles in business analysis, data architecture, technical product management, quality assurance, data science, data & AI engineering, software development, DevOps or information and digital security.
The Graduate Career Program is designed to develop your technology skills and knowledge in data and artificial intelligence, accelerate your learning and growth through access to real-world projects for challenging business problems, and innovate our practices and methodologies through multidisciplinary teams and an agile approach to product development.

Profil recherché
What we are looking forYou are RECENT GRADUATE or FINAL YEAR STUDENT
Master's degree from an accredited university in Data Science, Informatics or Computational Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity or a related information technology discipline with an above-average academic performance or anticipated graduation BEFORE SEPTEMBER 2025
A maximum of two years of experience prior to starting the program through internships, studies abroad and/or practical working experience after successful graduation
Initial experience working with large data sets, data analytics or AI tools, developing apps or software, and/or agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues across the organization
High level of motivation and determination, demonstrated learning agility and genuine curiosity about a new idea or concept
Proactive, driven attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment
Advanced English language skills at CEFR proficiency level C1/TOEFL score 95 or higher
