Responsibilities
Under the Director's responsibility :
- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures that reflect best practice standards and being in line with Archetype Group standards.
- Identify and resolve workplace hazards, minimize future occurrences, and maintain a safe and effective work environment across all Archetype’s entities.
- Conduct safety audits or inspections on a routine unannounced basis.
- Update and maintain QHSE system compliance with ISO requirements across all Archetype entities.
- Development and standardization of the quality management systems in support of the Department heads in the implementation across all work areas (head office, branch offices and project sites) .
- Establish and implement standardized QA/QC reporting practices and procedures.
- Create, update and improve the QA/QC manual, forms, templates and procedures to reflect international and local regulations and industry standards. Ensure that they are properly adapted and implemented at all Archetype Group entities.
- Coordinate and oversee QHSE training programs for employees of HSE and QA/QC departments across Archetype entities.
- Work with Certification Body for ISO certification/ audit & maintain the QMS effectiveness; assist annual audits from the Body.
- Develop and promote environmentally sustainable practices within Archetype Group. Monitor and report on environmental performance and initiatives across all Archetype entities.
- Contract duration: preferred 2 years, start first with 1 year, and extendable
Profil recherché
- Master’s degree in QHSE or a related field within construction industry.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in site safety management within multinational work environment.
- Certification in relevant Quality Assurance, Quality Control and/or QHSE standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ..)
- Strong knowledge of international QHSE regulations and best practices and legal framework.
- Strong communication and initiative skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent command of English is a pre-requisite
