Poste et missions :
  • We’re seeking a proactive Site Purchase Support to strengthen our team and contribute to efficient procurement processes.
  • You’ll work closely with the Purchasing Department to support purchasing activities, optimize supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
  • Your role will focus on streamlining procurement operations, improving supplier performance, and ensuring timely availability of resources to enhance overall production efficiency.
  • The Site Purchase Support will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the plant’s procurement operations.
By supporting purchasing activities and collaborating with the Plant Manager and Purchasing Department, this role aims to optimize procurement processes, enhance supplier relationships, and ensure the timely availability of materials and services. A strong focus on cost control, process improvement, and operational efficiency will contribute to the plant’s overall performance and success.

Profil recherché

Areas of responsibility :
  • Assisting with supplier negotiations and contract management.
  • Conducting market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Supporting the implementation of procurement strategies.
  • Analyzing purchasing data and supplier performance.
  • Managing purchase orders and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to meet operational needs.
  • Contributing to sustainability and compliance initiatives.

  • Standardized and well-documented procurement processes to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.
  • Improved cost control and optimized purchasing decisions, contributing to overall budget efficiency.
  • Reliable and timely availability of materials and services, minimizing disruptions in production.
  • Stronger supplier relationships and improved performance, leading to better terms, quality, and service.
  • Enhanced collaboration between procurement, production, and other departments, ensuring alignment with operational and business objectives.
  • Reduced waste and excess inventory through better demand planning and purchasing strategies.
Required skills and qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Recent graduate with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
o Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar) .
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in procurement or manufacturing settings (internship, project work, or similar) is an advantage but not required.
