Poste et missions :
Actively work with Plant Quality / Launch Team to ensure smooth industrialization within plant & be the driver of Quality in new launches
Support special samples & events preparation,
Facilitate Scrap Convergence activity & reviews,
Collect Border Line Catalogue inputs,
Ensure Quality tasks integration along program phases, successful launch and plant hand-over.
Ensure on time delivery of PMS work packages and key deliverables per program phases.
Follow Quality objectives defined during program phase and specially during pre-series, launch and ramp-up.
Review every new process linked with his/her product family (PQA & PSR) .
Establish or update full documentation package (FMEA, KPC list, Control plan…) on their product family
Ensure the respect of the quality standards (based on Control Plan, PFMEA, Standardize Work, ….) .
Establish and follow up action plan linked to Product & Process implementation.
Drives customer claims resolution process, ensuring robustness of problem solving (8D, QRCI…)
In case of non-conformity, ensure deployment of containment actions: with respect of standard TQW and corrective actions.
Profil recherché
Master’s degree in engineering (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or related) , Quality or Process Engineering specialization desirableFluent English mandatory, French and/or Romanian will be an advantage.
Knowledge of automotive industry or similar manufacturing environment nicely welcome,
Willingness to travel within Europe in case of need ( SK, GER)
2 years of proven industrial experience is a plus,
Proven experience in problem solving, process development desirable,
Proven experience in program management is a big plus
