Driven by the market for connected objects in the Industry 4.0 era, Nexess is present in France (3 locations) and continues to change dimension thanks to new international projects, particularly in Europe, U.A.E. and the United States.

Your main missions will be to:
    Analyze and understand customer needs and constraints,
      Support and advise customers on technical developments and the definition of their needs,
        Carry out project feasibility studies (project scoping, assessment of costs and deadlines) ,
          Draw up bids including technical specifications, prices and project deadlines,
            Manage, plan and supervise all project phases, interfacing with customers and the various operational teams (supply chain/technical support/R&D) ,
            Independently carry out customer deployments, accompanied by a member of the technical support team,
              Draw up project invoicing schedules and ensure deadlines are met,
                Lead POCs (Proof of Concept) : study requirements with the customer, lead meetings, draw up reports,
                  Monitor and control project quality and cost trends (margin) ,
                    Develop customer relations and anticipate future needs,
                      Respond to company invitations to tender and incoming calls
                        Organize demonstrations of our solutions and be a driving force in all activities likely to promote the development of our company
                          Report weekly on your activities to the Business Unit Manager

                          Profil recherché

                          Major in engineering, minor in project/business
                            3 - 5 years' successful experience in managing complex projects/business deals in the telecoms field or in a technological and/or industrial environment
                              A proven track record of working closely with industrial customers through product demos and use cases
                                Proven experience in complex project management
                                Previous success in key account growth and/or Meeting
                                  Sales experience in the area of Microelectronics, Aeronautics, Transports or Defense
                                    Previous experience working in a fast-paced and fast-growing organization
                                      A sound appreciation of Innovation and Technology Management

                                      Relationship-building skills
                                        Negotiation skills
                                          Analytical and strategic thinking
                                            Ability to understand customer needs
                                              Ability to work independently or with a team
                                                Strong written and oral communication skills
                                                  Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit
                                                    Fluency in English is mandatory. Spanish and/or French would be appreciated
