Missions

We are seeking a Finance and Administration Manager to oversee financial activities in the Eastern Europe zone.

Based in Belgrade, you will play an active role in the day-to-day activities of engineering projects. You will participate in cost assessments and tender committees.

Your tasks :

• Monthly reporting and KPIs
• Quarterly closings oversight (provisions, WIP, analysis, and landing)
• Supervision of project financial monitoring
• Monitoring of current permanent establishments + taking charge of consolidation or creation of new perimeters.
• Delivering financial and operational analyses
• Internal control and consolidation of administrative and financial processes
• Legal secretariat for the entities concerned, if necessary with a HQ Legal relationship
• Supervision of the zone's finance teams

You will also manage 2 financial controllers on site.

Profil recherché

You have a Master's degree in Finance. You have 5 years experience, particularly in financial control of long-term international projects.

You have preferably worked in the environment, engineering, construction, public works or industry sectors with a project dimension. You want to continue working on multi-country projects in a highly challenging international environment.

You are fluent in French and English and knowledge on Serbian is much appreciated.

You possess an excellent command of MS Excel.

You demonstrate autonomy, initiative, rigor as well as a good team spirit and ability to interact with an international team.
