Missions
As our V.I.E, you will join the CTC to reinforce the link with the Chinese team and the different R&D teams in France and Germany. Before starting the mission in China, you will benefit from a 2-month training at SGR Compiegne in France.Main responsibilities:
The position will support the development of new projects and upgrade the running projects. Your main missions will include:
- Benchmarking of the existing local bonding systems,
- Identifying best solutions based on supplier quality, processability, price, availability and performance, in coordination with central organization,
- Organizing the trials of selected best solutions from lab test to industrial runs,
- Capitalizing lessons learned into production and process standards,
- Making the link with the central R&D department in France and Germany.
Profil recherché
- Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymers or Material Science. A knowledge of plastics processes and adhesives is appreciated,
- 2 years of professional experience (internships & apprenticeships not included) ,
- Excellent communication skills, to deal with multiple stakeholders in different countries,
- Strong industrialization mindset, and good contact with suppliers,
- Data treatment & analysis,
- Good command of English, both spoken and written. Chinese would be a strong plus
