Join our affiliate Polyblend GmbH in Bad Sobernheim !Polyblend, a polymers compounder based in Bad Sobernheim, in Germany, is a 100% TotalEnergies company since end of 2020. Within the framework of the ongoing integration we look for a communicative and motivated candidate who is interested in a broad experience in an SME, but also with the advantages a large international company offers.
Your main tasks will be:
Finance & Human Resources:
- Prepare an overview of the tasks performed by the external service provider;
- Steer sub-projects of integration of certain functions into Polyblend;
- Participate in HR projects (Change management, etc.) ;
- Participate in cost control project.
- Support the Secretary-General in his projects and functions;
- Assist to ensure the good application of TotalEnergie's governance:
- Identify relevant directives, rules and recommendations of the Company;
- Work with central functions in Paris, Brussels and Berlin and the concerned departments at Polyblend on the correct application
Profil recherché
Expected qualifications:- Master Degree
- Proficient in Finance & HR
- Internal control
- Knowledge in change management is a plus
- Knowledge of Pack Office (Excel)
- Knowledge of database management is a plus.
- English: level B2
- French: level C1
- German: level A2/B1
