Job description:
Reporting to the QEHS Manager, the VIE will have to carry out various tasks in the field of security
Main responsibilities:
- Risk analysis related to operators’ tasks (Production, Maintenance & Logistics) ,
- Create job descriptions for each role by observing and analyzing operators’ tasks in production or maintenance,
- Transcription of Operators' tasks and the associated risks in the site's risk matrix,
- Participation in WCM projects to help reduce risks on the production site,
- Participation as Safety Captain during technical maintenance shutdowns,
- Participation in field safety visits to change people's behavior (SMAT: Safety Management Audit Tool) ,
- Drafting and verifying the field of instructions related to lockout (LOTO) and detailed maintenance analysis (ADM) ,
- Drafting of safety discussion and key safety points to animate safety daily,
- Propose new ideas to improve the visibility of safety on the site.
Profil recherché
- Master’s Degree in risk prevention engineering, HSE or any related field,
- First experience in a manufacturing environment (production and maintenance) ,
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, German would be a plus,
- Excellent command of MS-Office suite,
- Analytical mind and taking initiatives,
- Organizational skills and autonomous project management,
