Missions
The Supply Chain manager is looking for a new person to join his team of four, to develop the S&OP process for the site. This person will work on the foundations of sales forecast and demand planning, material planning and procurement process.Main responsibilities:
- Formulating and adjusting the production plan, scheduling, progress tracking, and on-time shipment of Plant orders.
- Implementation and control of material planning, material analysis and improvement, and reduce the phenomenon of downtime and waiting for materials.
- Organizing and managing the daily production plan and material planning management system, and timely grasping the status of production and materials.
- Coordinating the communication and cooperation between various departments, solving the problems in production in a timely manner, and ensuring that the continuity and progress of production meet the requirements of the plan.
- Analysis of the production progress data of the whole factory, submit the production progress report in a timely manner, and regularly feedback the implementation of the production plan of each workshop.
- Preparation of weekly, monthly and annual reports of the factory production plan, and the statistics of production data, analysis of differences and reasons, improve production planning, and improve production efficiency.
- Support the replenishment, delivery and inventory of logistics and warehousing, and regularly coordinate and follow up the processing progress of sluggish materials.
Profil recherché
- Master’s degree in statistics or supply chain.
- 2 year-experience in production planning and management.
- Ability to master data statistics, data analysis, summarization and improvement methods.
- Ability to prepare various reports (Excel, PPT, etc.) .
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to learn and work within a team.
- Fluency in English both spoken & written. Chinese is a plus!
