Associate Consultants VIE are involved in the execution of market opportunities assessments, growth strategies, commercial due diligences, and target search or transactions. Key activities performed by Associate Consultants VIE include researching information, conducting interviews, analyzing data, supporting modeling activities, and preparing presentations and deliverables, among others.
Within a project team, Associate Consultants VIE work under the supervision of the Consultant or Senior Consultant but are directly responsible for their assigned tasks.

Key activities & Responsibilities:
Organizes and independently runs exhaustive primary and secondary research and analyzes research to identify key findings and learning
Performs quantitative and qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client deliverables
Develops well-structured interview guides and conducts primary interviews
Creates sections of reports, presentations and other client deliverables under general guidance from experienced project leaders
Communicates findings and anticipates potential issues on a timely manner to project leaders
Develops an understanding of the healthcare industry
Presents small sections of the deliverable to the client
Assists in the development of project proposals for clients

Requirements:
Master’s degree in either Business, Engineering, or in Life Sciences related programs
1+ year of professional experience in management consulting or private equity. Experience in life sciences consulting is preferred
Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve unstructured or ambiguous challenges
Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and organization skills
Adaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge
Ability to work with teams based in different countries
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and high level of attention to detail
Excellent business English, both written and verbal. Additional language is a plus
Understanding of healthcare industry concepts and challenges, such as trends, regulatory, clinical, regulatory and general market access, are considered a plus
