Missions

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for: Junior HR Business Partner - VIE Contract (W/M)
Target start date: 1/1/2022

VIE will be part of the HR team from Multicultural Organization (MCO) IBERIA but working in Portugal. We are looking for someone dynamic, fast-learner and independent who can develop strong relationships with managers and employees, to provide strategic advice on HR, as this position requires a strategic and action-oriented profile. VIE would be a key player with respect to providing support to global HR programs and initiatives and capable of fostering Sanofi Play to Win culture.

Talent & Development
Builds collaborative and trusting relationships, working closely with both managers and employees, reinforcing the continual development of “high performing” teams; Key contact for the Learning hub to deploy actions in Portugal , leveraging people engagement, training and career development; drives Trainees programs/ branding (specially with universities…)

Culture & Communication
Analyze the survey employee engagement results for the teams, present the results and work with the business to create action to increase engagement. Co-Works on internal communication (…, newsletters, events, etc) Create consistent best practices across all business units, fostering Sanofi Play to Win Culture

Support HR Projects
To support Global and local HR initiatives/programs to deploy in Portugal (such as Flexible work, D&I, Talent Review etc.)

Data Management
Co works with HR administration to ensures efficient and accurate people operations, manages a variety of employee and organizational issues and provides insights based on people analytics (open positions, time to hire, headcount, Training budget, engagement, attrition, gender balance, etc.)

Profil recherché

Key “MUST HAVE” competencies, skills & experiences

Candidate education

Ø Master’s degree ideally with HR specialization
Ø Experience in relevant fields

Candidate profile

Ø Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ø Collaborative and hands-on spirit, able to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, changing and multicultural environment
Ø Outstanding at solving complex problems, being comfortable working with business leaders and managers to address any workforce challenges or issues
Ø Good change-management skills, facilitating productive discussions around change and transformation
Ø Analytical thinking and ability to manage multiple tasks
Ø Autonomous
Ø Curiosity and self-learner

Languages required

Ø Fluent English & Portuguese /mandatory
Ø Spanish & French would be a strong asset
