The Calgaz subsidiary is located in Newcastle-under-Lyme in the UK (AL Affiliate) . You will be part of the Calgaz Business Unit and reporting to the Director of Global Strategy and Customer Experience

Presentation of the team
The position will report directly to the Director Strategy and CX, working alongside the Europe Customer Services Team and the Europe Sales Team (who report to the Global Commercial Director) The department is standalone and supports the global Calgaz marketing plan worldwide. In addition it also supports the Gasco Business based in Florida, who were acquired in 2019.

Mission description
Renewing and updating the Calgaz and Gasco marketing and training materials both hard copy and digital, including technical datasheets and promotional material
Developing new websites for Calgaz and Gasco within guidelines and increase functionality to better support customers
Ensure internal and external communication such as internal weekly newsletter, Google Current Postings, Linked in postings are managed and relevant
Continuing to develop the integrated marketing plan for the global Calgaz and Gasco businesses.
Undertake market analysis of specific markets globally and make recommendations on future BD strategy
Help develop and roll out an internal training program on products and markets
Develop and implement further the digital marketing plan across all platforms
Undertake and manage ad hoc projects as they develop globally

Objectives / Results expected
To take work done in past two years and produce coherent strategy for renewal and improvement
Website - Develop, manage and keep fresh Calgaz and Gasco website to be relevant to the market and to be seen as professional by customers and other stakeholders
To lead all communication with limited input from management and develop new and fresh ideas
Ensure there is a fully developed integrated marketing plan with timelines, milestones and achievable aims. This should be reviewed at Leadership level and implemented by the VIE
Understand and carry out meaningful market analysis to support the team. This should include competitor analysis, customer analysis and market analysis
Develop a full Environmental Strategy for Calgaz and Gasco under direct supervision from their supervisor
Ensure a full 12 month rolling training program is developed, implemented and feedback obtained to make it relevant for all stakeholders
Develop further IT / digital projects including supporting e-certs, QR codes and other initiatives

Profil recherché

Candidate education : Business School background

Candidate profile
Currently holding a relevant master’s degree, you will have a sound understanding of the concepts of marketing, strategy and digital platforms as well as a strong understanding of our B2B products.

You should be comfortable with website management, creating newsletters, and google suite functions.

You will be able to work with colleagues located in the UK, USA, Singapore, China and globally either face to face when in the UK or remotely to develop strategies directly impacting on our business.
In addition you will enjoy the challenge of working in a fast moving, often challenging global business with short deadlines and differing cultures and timezones.

Expected work experience : 1-2 years of work experience

Languages required : English - mandatory
