PrésentationThe aim of the Recruitment Department is to define the best strategy to attract, recruit and retain the best candidates and manage the employer Brand visibility in order to attract talents.
In order to develop an employer branding strategy.
As Strategic Project Manager you work closely with the Recruitment Direction to manage the keys challenges of the department.
You are responsible of the coordination and completion of the projects on time within budget and scope.
You prepare report for the Direction regarding the status of the projects and also communicate on the updates to the all department and its internal clients.
Your responsibilities are :
Coordinating and manage different projects related to the recruitment of Talents for the Group
Organizing meeting with internal client to specify needs and projects
Planning the road map of the key challenges
Prioritizing the projects
Dealing with different functions needs and requirement
Fostering relationship with business partners to influence and drive projects and best practices
Training the team members on project management tools
Delegating project tasks based on individual strengths, skills sets and experience levels.
Monitoring and evaluating projects
Creating and maintain comprehensive project documentation and report.
You are part of an international team focus on recruitment based in different location across the World : Barcelona, Bucharest, Ho Chi Minh, Mauritius Island, Medellin, Tunis, Glasgow, …
You are interested by topics as Recruitment, Human Resources, Employer branding, Business development, Budget optimization etc. to make sure your understanding of the needs of your internal clients are fully relevant.
You have a Master degree in Business Management or related field from a Business school or equivalent.
You have a previous successful experience in a similar position of minimum 1 year.
You have developed strong leadership skills.
You speak English and French fluently with :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You have a strong decision-making skills.
You also have the habit to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders at all levels and across functions
