Your Role
Amaris is looking for a talented Reporting Specialist to join our ever growing team from Bucharest.

Our future colleague will have a crucial role in creating and implementing systems and reporting tools, based on the requirements asked by various global stakeholders.

The responsibilities will be the following:

Create innovative solutions to meet business needs
Build the standard indicators, dashboards and reports;
Create queries in the databases;
Design and code complex reports in Excel and automate the said reports using VBA programming;
Handle the ETL processes;
Structure indicators and dashboards to allow information sharing with correspondents;
Design and develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards and reporting for the organization;
Assure correctness and consistency of data that works;
Respond to specific questions from countries / regions;
Respect and verify the accuracy of the procedures specific to the activity.
Identify solutions and propose their application for improvement of activity;
Be in charge of statistical analysis and forecasting and data mining.

What we are expecting from you:

Excellent knowledge of Excel and at least 2 years of reporting experience;
Visual Basic concepts;
Good use of IT tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and SQL;
Fluency in both English and French
Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
Strong communication and analytical skills
HP Service Management knowledge is a plus
