The main missions of the quality and continuous improvement engineer are:

Management of the Nonconformity (realize RCA Root Cause Analysis, 8 Disciplines (8D, problem solving methodology))

Support the process owner in documentation update and their role as process owner

Capitalization, implement the new Capitalization process for Proposal development, Project and Product and coordinate it.

Support the realization of audit actions.

Train actors on continuous improvement methodology and our management system.

Participate in Continuous improvement workshop (DMAIC) and implementation of Continuous improvement proposal process.

You are expected to elaborate the following tasks and deliverable;

To complete nonconformity, RCA and 8D

To elaborate standard procedure / template / tool for quality and other processes if needed

To prepare Capitalization for project/product & proposal

To complete audit actions

To provide training in quality and continuous improvement

To prepare workshop and presentation for committee to support the center with transformation

These activities shall be supervisioned by Quality & Continuous improvement manager

Education:

Engineering Background

Specialization:

Masters’ degree in Engineering

IT skill (Google Apps, Microsoft suite)

At least 1-2 years of proven work experience in Engineering with a Project execution and/or quality and continuous improvement.

Hard and soft skills:

Able to analyze and solve problem

Knowledge working with continuous improvement and quality tools and methodologies.

Good communication to work with all type of actor, employee to managing director

Ability to persevere and honor commitments

Interpersonal skills

Ability to made presentation and trained

Team oriented

Autonomous

Curiosity

Language:

English is mandatory
