Missions
As a Mechanical Design and Process Engineering VIE part of the Gypsum Manufacturing Technology department, you will play a key role in supporting global projects and driving process excellence across our different sites.Your key responsibilities will include :
- Process Design Support: Contribute to engineering design activities for new and existing plant installations across Gypsum Manufacturing Technology (GMT) ’s global operations;
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with senior Engineers to refine and enhance design standards, ensuring optimal performance and reliability;
- Early Equipment Management (EEM) : Participate in EEM reviews, applying lessons learned from previous installations to improve future project outcomes and reduce losses;
- Tender Package Development: Assist in preparing technical specifications and documentation for procurement of new process equipment;
- Commissioning & Training: Support the commissioning of new equipment and help prepare the training material for the sites operational teams to ensure smooth handover and operation.
- Hybrid Working: After gaining foundational knowledge, you’ll have the flexibility to work up to 2 days per week from home

Profil recherché
If you recognize yourself in the following description, don’t hesitate to apply!- You hold an Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechanical Design, or Industrial Design
- You could acquire a solid understanding of mechanical design principles and equipment development
- You’re proficient in 3D modeling using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Autodesk Inventor, and comfortable working with both 2D and 3D design tools. Experience with CFD simulation tools would be a plus
- You’re comfortable with Word and Excel
- You communicate effectively in English and enjoy working in an international environment
- You’re proactive, curious, and eager to learn through hands-on experience and collaboration
- You bring strong organizational skills and can manage tasks, timelines, and priorities effectively
