Poste et missions :

Purpose of the job:
  • Lead and manage the development of a value calculator and consolidate value-based use cases library for digital offerings.
  • Lead development of Service Level Agreements (SLA) definitions, standards and KPIs.
  • Perform a coordination role for internal stakeholders related to SLA levels and Value calculator.
  • Support the Sales, marketing and tender teams in the go-to-market with development of SLA levels, value calculator and their use cases approach in order to deliver a competitive proposal.
Key accountabilities:

Value Calculator:
  • Develop a library of Digital uses cases oriented toward bringing value to end customers
  • Develop a value creation framework along with a calculator to quantify and qualify customer benefits
  • Define customer value from a qualitative point of view through pre-defined checklist or questionnaire
Quantify value through an Excel file (calculator) to automate value calculating through pre-defined metrics
Being an ambassador for digital use cases and value creation and value calculator in the organisation

SLA Development:

Develop SLA levels (bronze, silver, gold, platinum) along with defined KPIs (response time..etc)
Develop a library of Digital uses cases oriented toward bringing value to end customers
Being an ambassador for the Digital Solutions portfolio;
Lead regular meetings with internal stakeholders.
Prepare and update governance reports on SLA development.
Support in the definition of the operating model to operate IT service management processes during SLA execution.

Digital Offering:
  • Map use cases to different SLA levels with quantified value-added benefits
  • Being an ambassador for the DS portfolio and digital offering.
  • Coordinate and liaise with central teams on Services Digital offering from marketing to solutions owners.
  • Perform market and competition analysis around Digital SLAs and SaaS offering for Railways.
  • Prepare and update governance reports for each monthly to give visibility on progress and market update.
Performance measurements:
  • Use cases library structure and value calculator efficiency
SLA levels definitions and proposed KPIs
REX from sales and bid team

Profil recherché

Educational Requirements:
  • University degree in Engineering or Business Discipline
Experience

Mandatory:
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management processes
  • Experience of services/ digital business models and value creation frameworks
  • Expertise in Excel
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of public railway tenders
  • Experience in digital transformation of an industrial company
  • Experience of Digital offerings in a Start-up environment
