The ideal candidate will act as the right-hand person to the founder, driving the company’s success across operations, partnerships, marketing, and project management.
About the job :
Growth & Marketing Strategy - Develop and oversee a content strategy to position the agency as a thought leader in RevOps and AI-powered GTM. - Plan and execute webinars, events, and interviews to drive brand awareness and top-of-funnel growth. - Collaborate with the founder and marketing teams to increase LinkedIn content production and audience engagement. - Identify new channels and tactics to generate inbound interest and attract high-quality leads.
Operations & Delivery Framework - Build and refine the operational structure of the agency to create a scalable, repeatable delivery model. - Design blueprints, SOPs, and playbooks to streamline service execution across employees and freelancers. - Ensure a high-quality client delivery process by establishing robust workflows and tracking mechanisms. - Implement project management best practices to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
Partnership Development - Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key tools and platforms in the GTM and AI ecosystem. - Build relationships with industry leaders to enhance service offerings and co-marketing opportunities. - Negotiate and manage partnerships to create win-win opportunities for growth and lead generation.
Project Management & Client Success - Act as the primary point of coordination for client projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery. - Use Agile/Scrum methodologies to keep projects on track, aligning stakeholders and managing dependencies. - Oversee and optimize internal workflows, communication channels, and reporting structures to enhance efficiency. - Anticipate challenges, identify bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions to drive client success.
Talent & Hiring Support - Assist in hiring and onboarding top talent for key agency roles. - Develop a structured recruitment and training framework to scale the team effectively. - Support the evaluation and integration of contractors and employees into the agency’s delivery model.
Strategic Leadership & Founder’s Right Hand - Work directly with the founders on strategic decisions, company growth initiatives, and internal priorities. - Provide critical insights to optimize business performance and scale operations effectively. - Be involved in core discussions about company vision, roadmap, and long-term goals. - Potential to grow into a leadership or co-founder role as the agency expands.

Must-Have:
- Project Management & Workflow Tools – Experience with Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or similar tools.
- CRM & RevOps Tools – Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other GTM systems.
- Marketing & Content Tools – Experience with LinkedIn, Webflow, or other B2B marketing platforms.
- Partnership Management – Ability to identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships.
- Agile/Scrum Methodologies – Strong understanding of Agile workflows and project execution.
- English professional fluency
- Experience in RevOps or GTM Strategy – Understanding of sales, marketing, and automation workflows.
- Tech & AI Curiosity – Familiarity with AI-powered GTM tools and automation systems.
- Previous Leadership or Co-Founder Experience – Demonstrated ability to scale an organization or team.
