Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Supports & Services Contract Administration Coordinator NH90 and Tiger (f/m) based in Marignane, France.
You will join our Finance directorate, and be part of the Contract administration and Cash collection team for Support & Services.

Your challenges:
Your mission integrates operational, managerial and transformation objectives:
1. Support the NH90 and Tiger organization within Contract Administration team
- Contribute to proper follow up of subcontracting activities in terms of Contract Administration.
- Support contract creation, gathering and creating all the documentation for contractual/PO deliverables (cash calls, invoicing, amortization) in compliance with accounting, Tax, export control rules, Insurance scheme and Government Price regulation/Audit.
- Support Contract Managers for any matter related to contractual issues (Contract amendment implementation, payment follow up…) .
- Participate in kick off meeting / Reading committees.
- Contribute to process, software / application implementations to support the department functioning and improve its global performance.
- Support intercompany reconciliation process with NHIndustry: give proper information to Airbus Helicopters accounting to ensure good Interco reconciliation.
- Ensure proper communication towards various internal stakeholders in order to inform on performances or alarm on identified topics.
2. Cash Collection:
- To guarantee the full respect of the commercial and financial contractual terms and conditions in close cooperation with finance and Support & Services business lines representatives.
- Process steering and recovery action plan in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.
- Cash In Management including Advanced Payment, including Milestone Tracking.
- Overdues management: data extraction, root cause analysis and communication.
3. Reporting, cash forecast and revenues:
- Forecasting of collections and delays: Define and monitor contractual key performance indicators (payment deadlines, delays, to diagnose the situation, define and supervise recovery action plans) .
- Elaborate, coordinate and deliver reporting elements for monthly cash forecast, cash meetings and for quarterly cash committees.
Your profile:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge of SAP and Office/Gsuite
- Knowledge on basics accounting principles
- Proactive, dynamic, rigorous, autonomous
- Good adaptability
- Strong sense of synthesis and good communication
- Team oriented and service minded
- Advanced level of English and French
- 10 years’ experience
