What can you expect…

You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of an Network Architect / Product Manager and can expect to be involved in the following:

• Maintaining the lifecycle of the Network Products (LAN, WAN, Firewall, Encryption, DDI, Proxy etc.) and managing improvements, updates, changes and obsolescence management of products.
• Maintaining the infrastructure in operational condition in line with OLA/SLAs and maintaining the ITIL based support processes that include incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management.
• Managing the analysis of console messages, diagnoses system failures and taking corrective action in order to ensure continuity of operations and technologies

You will:

• Develop in network- and network security technologies, their architectures and respective tools as well as their day to day operation.
• Evolve beyond others in Cisco LAN Technologies, Cisco Datacenter Network Technologies, Wide Area Networking, Firewall Management and other Network Security Technologies
• Technical qualifications in these fields of action will be subject within this two years programme.
  

Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position, examples are Campus LAN Services, Wide Area Network Services or Network Security Functions.

At the end of the two year development programme you will have developed into the position of Network Architect / Product Manager!

What we are looking for…

To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, we ask that you demonstrate you have:

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study
• First professional experience or interest in network or network security technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
