Our business unit Regional Solutions & Services is a global solution and service business unit going beyond buildings and unifies efforts to increase innovation and speed to capture market opportunities. Therefore, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Financial Project Controller (m/f/x) to reinforce our fantastic team.

What will you be doing?

  • Your main responsibilities will be planning, controlling, and reporting activities for the business unit. Next to that you will support management in understanding performance, risks and forecasting to help drive their operational efficiency.
  • Use of existing operational and financial dashboards you will contribute to an increasing efficiency of the department's cost flows.
  • Your analytical and critical mindsetallows you to analyze and evaluate the existing cost structures and optimize the depending on cost accounting system.
  • Identifying efficiency measureswhich can be taken to help improve business performance and ensure proper cost booking.
  • Complete budget and financial planning, actual-versus-plan analysis, forecasting, and reporting activities to support management in their decision-making process.
  • Support the sales department and maintain a good relationship to ensure quality business growth.
  • Play a key role in the execution phase once the customer agreed to work with us. This entails that you will have to handle invoices, purchase orders, follow-up on payments and provide offers to customers and suppliers.

What you need to make real what matters?

  • Ideally, you hold a degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • You have an administrative profile, with basics in accounting / finance and you have a business-oriented mindset.
  • Your assertiveness and excellent communication skills will be facilitating the relationships internally and externally.
  • You have a have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with a critical mindset.
  • You are wellorganized, precise, and you ensure top-level quality in all the documents you treat.
  • Your ideas count from day one, so you will be encouraged to propose and design solutions.
  • You have an excellent professional knowledge of MS Office (expert knowledge of Excel) and SAP.
  • You are fluent in French or German.
