Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Competition Analyst Leader (f/m) to join our Product Policy & Architecture Department based in Marignane, France.

You will be part of a team grouping Aircraft Architecture, Predesign, Competition Analysis, Weight&Balance and Industrial Design. As part of the Competition Analysis team, you will be involved in Competition Analysis and technology watch on different helicopters classes and/or technologies, aiming at evaluating competition threats but also Airbus helicopters fleet assets.On top, the jobholder will be proposed

Your challenges:

  • To gather all possible information on Airbus Helicopters competitor’s helicopters on technical aspects to detect future products /versions / upgrades and product innovation.
  • To analyze deeply and technically this information, and reconstruct in a reverse engineering mode the competitor helicopter with respect to performance, general sizing, architecture, rotors and blades, transmission, avionics and others systems, technologies and equipment ;
  • To assist sales forces in the commercialization of our products and services, especially during offers, programs in the development of new products or improvement of existing products, and Strategy and Marketing for Product Policy exercise at company level.

Your profile:

  • Engineering (significant experience, at least more than 4 years)
  • Overhall aeronautics technologies knowledge (preferably helicopters)
  • Experienced in Competition Analysis
  • Technology Product Trade-Off Analysis
  • English
  • Curiosity & Open-minded

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
